Cute Bat Hanging Upside Down Coloring Page
Coloring ideas for this drawing
- A purple or charcoal body, both read as bat at once.
- A brown branch across the top, the only straight line here.
- Pink inside the folded wings, if it should stay friendly.
The position costs it nothing: the claws close under the body's own weight through a catch of tendons, so a bat stays hooked on even while asleep.
It is also why one is occasionally found still hanging there after it has died. The other one hanging from the top is the spider on its thread, and the sloth holds on with all four limbs.
